Microsoft Systems Developer

Job Summary
Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Business Central, including customizations, extensions, and integrations. Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports while administering SharePoint Online sites and document libraries. Support Business Central development projects, upgrades, and the rollout of new modules across global offices. Develop and administer Azure services such as Functions and Logic Apps, and build integrations using REST APIs, OData, and Microsoft Graph. Provide technical support for complex systems issues and ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with IT governance standards. Work with colleagues across Finance, Operations, Commercial, and IT functions to continuously improve systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
- At least two years' experience working with the Microsoft technology stack
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365 development, ideally using AL and extensions
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID or Azure DevOps
- An understanding of REST APIs, OData and Microsoft Graph
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to manage priorities independently and take ownership of delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of .NET or C# would be an advantage
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, MB-800 or AZ-204
