Job Summary
Microsoft System Administrator responsible for managing and securing the organization’s Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure, including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Azure services, and on-premises Active Directory. Ensure identity governance, endpoint security, compliance, and operational efficiency across the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities span identity & access management, Office 365 administration, hybrid identity with Azure AD Connect, Intune device enrollment and security, Defender for Endpoint, Azure resources and governance, on-premises AD and group policies, basic Dynamics 365 F&O environment troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. On-call or after-hours support may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience managing Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Azure administration.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, firewalls).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate; Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
