Job Summary
Microsoft System Administrator responsible for managing and securing the organization’s Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Azure services, and on-premises Active Directory. Ensures identity governance, endpoint security, compliance, and operational efficiency across the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities include administering Entra ID identities, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM; administering Office 365; maintaining hybrid identity with Azure AD Connect, SSO, and password protection policies; monitoring authentication logs; configuring Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, security baselines, and application deployment; managing Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, patching, and endpoint protection; overseeing MDM for iOS and Android; implementing Defender for Endpoint policies; monitoring security alerts; managing Azure resources (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Storage Accounts); configuring Azure Backup and Site Recovery; automating tasks with Azure Automation; administering Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP; providing basic Dynamics 365 F&O environment support; documenting architectures and procedures; collaborating with cross-functional teams; on-call/after-hours support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience managing Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Azure administration
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O infrastructure
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, firewalls)
