Job Summary
Lead a team of Cyber Security Consultants focused on Microsoft security technologies (Sentinel, Defender, Entra, Intune, Purview). Translate business requirements into technical implementation and project plans, coach engineers, and act as the local reference for strategic direction of the Microsoft Security Engineering capability. Contribute to service portfolio development, collaborate with other service lines, support pre-sales and scoping activities, ensure quality and consistency of Microsoft security services, and stay aligned with market trends and customer needs. Requires citizenship in a NATO member state, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security with Microsoft security technologies
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical architectures and implementation roadmaps
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra, Intune, Purview, and Azure security services
