Job Summary
Advise clients on using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio to accelerate business transformation and productivity. Lead discovery workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for automation and AI. Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to build intelligent applications and automated workflows. Translate business challenges into scalable functional and technical solution designs while partnering with architects, developers, and security experts. Support clients in defining governance, security, and compliance strategies. Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, and go-to-market initiatives. Coach colleagues and represent PwC Belgium within international Microsoft communities.
Required Qualifications
- At least seven years of experience within Microsoft technologies, digital transformation, automation or business applications
- Proven consulting experience and a strong track record of leading end-to-end client engagements
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio
- Experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise applications, automations, integrations and AI-powered agents
- Strong knowledge of APIs, connectors, integration patterns and enterprise architecture principles
- Solid experience with governance, managed environments, security, compliance and platform adoption strategies
- The ability to simplify complex challenges and transform them into practical, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch
