Job Summary
Senior Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP Application Consultant responsible for the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, UAT, training, and cutover. Maintains customer relationships, delivers hypercare and post-implementation support, supports pre-sales engagements and discovery, and helps drive improvements to internal processes. Must translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions across Finance, Sales, Distribution, and Purchasing modules, with experience in BC, F&O, NAV, AX, GP, and related ISVs; travel to client sites as needed. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant implementation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics, Accounting, or closely related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience implementing Dynamics D365 ERP Core modules: Finance, Sales, Distribution, Purchasing or closely related Dynamics D365 ERP implementation experience (BC, F&O, NAV, AX, GP)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel to Vervint offices (Grand Rapids, MI and Minneapolis, MN) and customer locations, if needed
