Job Summary
Configure, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Build complex integrations with external systems via Azure Logic Apps and APIs, while developing plugins and workflows for automation. Create model-driven apps, canvas apps, and automated workflows using Power Platform tools. Manage solutions through development, testing, and deployment to production environments. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. Troubleshoot system issues, optimize code for performance, and maintain existing functionality. Collaborate with QA, product managers, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. Requires 6-8 years of experience; located in Pune or Hyderabad.

- 6-8 years of experience
- Expert knowledge of C#
- Expert knowledge of .NET
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP)
- Experience with Dataverse
- Experience with SDK
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps
- Strong proficiency in Power Automate
- Strong proficiency in PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls
- Proficiency in SQL Server
- Experience with data modeling
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with version control tools like GIT
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to work effectively with QA, product managers, and cross-functional teams
- Eager to adapt to new technologies and project requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision
- Adept at creating architectural diagrams
- Adept at maintaining detailed documentation in confluence
