Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions based on business requirements by customizing configurations with plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and custom APIs. Develop and maintain solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, while designing integrations with external systems via Azure services, Azure Data Factory, or KingswaySoft. Build custom components using .NET (C#) and leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance business processes and user productivity. Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews, then perform deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform, including at least three end-to-end implementation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform
- Successfully delivered at least three (3) end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation projects
- Strong experience in Azure-based integrations and enterprise solution development
- Hands-on experience in custom development, plugin development, workflows, and system integrations
- Experience working in client-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Good to have Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, and PL-600
