Job Summary
Senior Manager lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain implementations and client engagements within Protiviti's D365 Supply Chain practice. Responsibilities include guiding full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules (inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, logistics, budgeting, forecasting, and MRP), configuring and tailoring solutions, developing and deploying strategies to optimize supply chain processes, translating client requirements into Dynamics 365 solutions, delivering go-live and post-go-live support, and mentoring cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes building client relationships, contributing to proposals and business development, driving training programs, and ensuring successful delivery across a diverse client portfolio (manufacturing, aerospace and defense, life sciences, packaged goods). Desired capabilities include leadership of project teams, budgeting/forecasting/MRP optimization, 3PL integrations, and strong communication with executives and stakeholders. The position is based in a hybrid workplace model with in-person and client-site work as required, with travel as needed, and located in Columbus, OH with additional listed locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field)
- 7+ years working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, including end-to-end implementations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are strongly preferred
