Job Summary
Senior Manager role leading the full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules (inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, logistics, budgeting, forecasting, and MRP); configuring and customizing D365 SCM solutions; developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain processes; collaborating with clients to translate needs into Dynamics 365 solutions; delivering go-live and post-implementation support; mentoring teams and contributing to proposals and business development; building relationships with clients across industries; participating in training programs for clients and internal teams; hybrid workplace with a mix of in-person and remote work, with travel to client sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 7+ years working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, including end-to-end implementations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Visio and Access; Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications strongly preferred
Desired Qualifications
