Job Summary
Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice as Associate Director, strengthening client relationships and guiding engagements to deliver Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions. Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using analytics, automation, and the latest Microsoft tools; identify opportunities for new projects and sales; mentor teams and oversee project delivery, development, and training. Build trusted relationships with senior executives, translate client needs into actionable proposals, and contribute to thought leadership across engagements. Hybrid in-person and remote work across Columbus (OH), St. Louis (MO), and Indianapolis North (IN).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS)
- 9+ years of experience in related field or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio and Access)
- Advanced analysis skills and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management knowledge
- Subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 capabilities, limitations, and customization
- Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations (D365 F&SCM or AX2012)
- Experience with Life Cycle Services (LCS) and Microsoft Sure Step
- Ability to translate issues and risks to client personnel, including executives
- Leadership and supervisory experience of teams including performance appraisals and mentoring
- Hybrid workplace readiness and ability to work across client sites and remote settings
