Job Summary
Associate Director, Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice leading client engagements and shaping solution delivery. You will strengthen client relationships, manage risk related to technology deployments, and develop strategies to solve complex business problems using Dynamics 365 capabilities, analytics, and automation. You’ll identify new project opportunities, help develop proposals, and drive business development while mentoring teams and overseeing project work plans. You will collaborate with senior executives, translate technical issues for client stakeholders, and help drive thought leadership and knowledge-sharing across teams. The role requires leadership of diverse client portfolios, proven ability to pursue new work, and a blend of delivery excellence with consultative engagement leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS)
- 9+ years working in related field or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio and Access a plus
- Professional Certification MB-300 and MB-310 a plus
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or AX2012
- Life Cycle Services (LCS), Sure Step
- Strong leadership and client-management experience
