Job Summary
Lead the Supply Chain functional track of global ERP implementations by configuring Inventory, PIM, Warehouse Mgt, and Procurement modules to meet client-specific requirements. Gather and document business processes, perform fit/gap analyses, and create functional design documents for software modifications. Collaborate with client SMEs and offshore teams to deliver services, conduct workshops, and demonstrate D365 F&O functionality without error. Provide expert-level product knowledge, lead training sessions, and ensure data integrity across Finance, Sales, and Logistics tracks. Manage project scope, escalate out-of-scope requests, and adhere to established implementation methodologies and document templates.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ full lifecycle Dynamics F&O implementations
- Certification in D365 F&O SCM
- Expert level knowledge and experience implementing Inventory
- Expert level knowledge and experience implementing Product Information Mgt (PIM)
- Expert level knowledge and experience implementing Warehouse Mgt
- Expert level knowledge and experience implementing Sales Order
- Expert level knowledge and experience implementing Procurement
- Expert level knowledge and experience implementing Transportation Management
- Proficient with MS Office
- Proficient with Teams
- Proficient with DevOps/Jira
- Proficient with SharePoint
- Knowledge of integration strategies & best practices related to D365 F&O
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Production, Master Planning, Demand Planning
- Knowledge of agriculture industry
- Knowledge of other recipe based industries ie. food, chemical, etc.
