Job Summary
Senior Manager leading the Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation engagements within Protiviti’s Microsoft Business Applications practice. Responsible for directing a team to successfully execute engagements, applying governance, risk and compliance considerations, and delivering enterprise transformation and platform modernization initiatives. Strong emphasis on client relationships, stakeholder communication, and the ability to mentor and develop team members while coordinating delivery across multiple projects and workstreams. Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics platform, Azure DevOps, and PowerBI dashboards, alongside proven capabilities in strategy development, portfolio management, and driving efficiency and profitability in client processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, CIS, or related)
- 7+ years in professional services or industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- PMP certification or Microsoft Dynamics certifications (as listed)
- Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management
- Experience managing teams and multiple workstreams within Microsoft Dynamics program
