Job Summary
Senior Manager leading a Microsoft Dynamics 365 program within a technology consulting context. Responsible for staffing and delivering engagements, guiding transformation initiatives, and managing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Demonstrates advanced understanding of clients’ business processes, drives enterprise transformation, and develops technical and professional competency within the team. Notable required skills include project management, team leadership, Azure DevOps setup, PowerBI dashboard creation, and strong client relationship management; certifications such as PMP or Dynamics 365 Certifications are considered a plus. Hybrid work model with in-person client and office collaboration; travel may be required based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS, or a related field)
- 7+ years working in professional services or industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- PMP certification or Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
- Experience managing projects and people
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with PowerBI dashboards
- Strong communication and client-relations skills
- Ability to lead and mentor teams
