Job Summary
Senior Manager, Technology Consulting leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 engagements within Protiviti's Microsoft Business Applications practice. Responsible for leading a team to successfully execute engagements, applying deep knowledge of transformation programs, client business processes, and risk mitigation. Acts as a role model and trainer, fostering client service excellence, resource planning, and mentorship. Builds strong client relationships, communicates effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensures governance and compliance practices, and leverages Azure DevOps and PowerBI to support build, analytics, and delivery. Demonstrates capability in strategy development, portfolio review/management, business case development, and enterprise transformation initiatives, while delivering high-quality outcomes and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or related field
- 7+ years of professional services or industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Visio and Access a plus
- Certification requirements: PMP, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP), Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert/Associate
- Experience managing projects and teams; 2+ projects/workstreams within a Microsoft Dynamics program
- Experience with Azure DevOps for build efforts
- Experience creating/modifying PowerBI dashboards
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives (platform modernization, digital)
- Strong communication and client-relations skills
- Lifecycles, documentation, status reporting
- Confidentiality and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to travel to client sites as required
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
