Job Summary
Senior Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 development responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 solutions. Collaborates with clients to translate requirements into technical specifications, mentors and leads delivery teams, and contributes to proposals and business development. Requires expertise in Dynamics 365 customization using X++, C#, JavaScript, and Azure services, and experience with Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations. Focus on building reusable components, enforcing development standards, ensuring security and maintainability, and guiding cross-functional teams across multiple client engagements. Hybrid workplace with in-person and remote work, and strong client-management and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field)
- 7+ years working in Dynamics 365 development with a focus on extending functionality and building complex solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
- Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Azure Developer Associate are preferred
