Job Summary
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). The role involves solution development, customization and configuration of Dynamics modules, integration with enterprise systems, requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The position requires skills in creating custom plugins and workflows, performance tuning, and compliance with Microsoft best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
- Ability to design and develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Strong understanding of entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Experience with testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 solutions
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
