Job Summary
Provision, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform configurations, custom code, and integrations while prioritizing native features. Work with business users to assess processes, design documentation, and deliver recommendations that improve efficiencies and add value. Lead key software projects from requirements gathering through testing and quality assurance, ensuring accurate mapping of business workflows to technical solutions. Troubleshoot system errors, optimize performance, and manage data migrations for legacy systems. Create and maintain comprehensive task, knowledge transfer, and FAQ documentation to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer
- Significant knowledge of Dynamics 2016/365 CRM
- O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions, including SharePoint
- Experience in customizations utilizing custom code in C#.NET
- Experience in customizations utilizing custom code in JavaScript
- Experience in customizations utilizing custom code in HTML
- Experience in customizations utilizing custom code in SQL Server
- Experience with XrmToolBox
- Experience with plug-ins
