Job Summary
Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central expert to support, configure, and optimize the ERP; collaborate with finance, operations, purchasing, inventory, and sales; troubleshoot issues; manage workflows, permissions, reporting, integrations, and system setup; provide best-practice guidance; assist with data, reporting, process improvements, and user training; coordinate with external consultants or developers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Deep understanding of Business Central functionality, setup, modules, and best practices
- Experience supporting users and solving real business problems inside Business Central
- Knowledge of finance/accounting processes within Business Central
- Experience with inventory, purchasing, sales, warehousing, jobs, manufacturing, or service management is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of Business Central-related issues
- Prior Business Central implementation, migration, or optimization experience preferred
- Experience with Dynamics NAV/Navision is a plus
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Excel reporting, or integrations is a plus
- Experience working with Microsoft partners, consultants, or developers is a plus
