Job Summary
Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for clients, customizing the system to meet specific business requirements and designing new features. Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations, and documenting all project activities including requirements, design, and testing. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, recommend efficiency improvements, and train end-users on effective system usage. Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and scoping sessions to support new business opportunities. Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and share knowledge with the team and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including experience with customizations and integrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus
