Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect (CE / CRM)

Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, with a primary focus on Customer Service and Field Service. Senior technical leader responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations across federal and enterprise clients. Role requires expertise in D365 CE, Power Platform, integrations, Dataverse, and enterprise architecture; translate complex business needs into scalable solutions. Responsibilities include leading architecture and design across D365 Customer Service and Field Service, establishing environment strategy and governance, designing workflows and omnichannel capabilities, guiding integrations with external systems and Azure services, leadership across full solution lifecycle, security model definition, customization development (plugins, workflows, APIs, Power Platform extensions), ensuring alignment with Microsoft patterns, leading environment deployment across Dev/Test/Prod, conducting architecture/code reviews, acting as escalation point for complex issues, partnering with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and contributing to technical standards. Preferred qualifications include security clearance (Active Secret/Top Secret), Microsoft certifications, Azure experience, DevOps/CI/CD, federal/public sector experience, and Agile/Scrum familiarity. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work arrangements.
