Job Summary
Design, lead, and oversee complex ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations while managing team quality and delivery. Collaborate with the Nordic D365 team to support business development in Sweden and Nordics, including RFP, RFI, and proposal activities. Lead architectural design across Finance, Supply Chain, and related modules, ensuring integration with the Microsoft ecosystem. Build strong business relationships, support junior consultants, and drive pre-sales solution envisioning through demos and stakeholder presentations. Required Qualifications
- 10 + years of experience in Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations
- at least 2 years in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant capacity
- Deep understanding of finance-related modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, fixed assets)
- Deep understanding of cross-functional modules like Supply Chain and Production
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, DataVerse, and AI Builder
- Strong business acumen

- Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, and MB-700
- A bachelor's or master's degree
Desired Qualifications

- Solid understanding of localizations, tax, and compliance requirements across various regions
- Ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and business automation within D365 Finance
