Job Summary
Microsoft Customer Insights Specialist who will integrate data from various sources into Microsoft Customer Insights, configure and customize functionalities (unified profiles, customer segmentation, behavioral analysis), and use advanced analytics to extract insights from large data volumes. The role involves developing test strategies for projects that apply/transfer data to Customer Insights, supporting Sales in implementation projects with Corporate IT/T2D, and leveraging tools such as Power BI, Dynamics CRM, Azure, and Power Platform to create dynamic dashboards. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, and the role is based in Lisbon, with an in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Big Data and Advanced Analytics
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English - mandatory
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics
- Azure and Power Platform familiarity
- Knowledge of integrations and data export workflows
- Microsoft certifications or related data-analysis credentials
