Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions for clients; collaborate with clients to understand business needs; provide expert guidance and best practices; conduct training sessions and workshops; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot implementations; stay up to date with new features and incorporate them into solutions; ensure seamless integration with other systems; travel up to 25% with a remote/office hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in technical field with two years of professional experience, or Graduate Degree
- Strong skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
- Demonstrated success in analysis driven problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information
- Proven experience as a consultant or similar role with a focus on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Ability to facilitate stakeholder feedback from across a client organization
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
- Experience with integrating disparate data sources and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security with Copilot implementations
- Travel requirements: Remote work opportunities with up to 25% in office and/or travel to clients
