Job Summary
Azure Cloud Collaboration Center Tour Planner to coordinate and support executive-facing and customer-facing tours at the Redmond, WA site. Responsibilities include managing tour requests from intake to completion, monitoring shared calendars and booking workflows, coordinating tour logistics (timing, room readiness, stakeholder alignment, visitor requirements, catering when needed), serving as a professional point of coordination for Microsoft stakeholders and visitors, maintaining a polished executive presence, ensuring the tour space meets Microsoft standards, reporting issues promptly, maintaining process documentation, and providing monthly status updates. Requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, discretion, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and onsite presence in a high-visibility corporate environment. Prior experience in Microsoft environments and familiarity with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and MS 365 tools are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive, customer-facing, hospitality, visitor center, event coordination, or similar professional environments.
- Strong calendar, inbox, and scheduling management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests at the same time.
- Professional maturity, discretion, and good judgment when working around senior leaders, customers, and confidential discussions.
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with Microsoft and DXC stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership, punctuality, and reliability.
- Comfortable working onsite in a high-visibility corporate environment.
Additional Requirements
- ITAR - U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence required for ITAR-controlled environment.
