Microsoft Dynamics Trainer to lead training and functional support for Dynamics CRM and Field Service across US, delivering in-person and remote sessions to sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams; develop user guides, tutorials, and workshops; provide post go-live support and onboarding; assist with functional testing/UAT; collaborate with IT/projects; travel ~50-75% nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training roles involving CRM and Field Service applications, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise systems
- Proven experience delivering user training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, or similar platforms
- Strong background in developing training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and workshop exercises
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex system functions into clear instructions
- Hands-on experience in user support, troubleshooting, and providing hyper-care post go-live
- Willingness to travel extensively within the United States (~50-75% of the time)
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training engagements independently
