Job Summary
Microsoft 365 Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our global Microsoft 365 environment across a geographically distributed organization. Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive; manage user accounts, licenses, roles, and permissions; monitor service health and resolve incidents. Implement and maintain security controls (MFA, Conditional Access) and data protection policies; support compliance (eDiscovery, retention, audit logs, DLP); provide Tier 2/3 end-user support, training, and knowledge-base content; lead or assist migrations; automate tasks with PowerShell; develop and maintain documentation and reporting dashboards for usage, health, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and support experience
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity/access management
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Proven experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hybrid environments (Azure AD Connect, on-prem AD integration) - preferred
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-900, MS-700, AZ-104) - preferred
