Job Summary
Design, update, and deliver live virtual classes and workshops on Microsoft 365 productivity topics, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot. Provide hands-on coaching through individual consults and small-group support to advise on site ownership, permissions, and adoption best practices. Stay current on Microsoft 365 releases, assess training impacts, and coordinate with product teams on escalations. Build and maintain facilitator guides, quick-reference guides, and curated resources while supporting adoption campaigns and champion-style enablement programs. Manage class schedules, registrations, and attendance metrics. Based in Plano, TX for local candidates only.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, business, technology enablement, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience training, supporting, consulting, or enabling end users on Microsoft 365 tools in a corporate environment
- Deep, practical knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and file collaboration across M365
- Comfort coaching on Planner, Loop, Outlook, Bookings, and related apps
- Working knowledge of Copilot Chat (Basic) and M365 Copilot (Premium)
- Strong public speaking and live facilitation skills across virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings
- Ability to design clear, reusable learning materials and quick-reference guides
- Consultative mindset — able to diagnose needs and coach teams toward better ways of working
- Strong written communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking ability
- Instructional design, eLearning, or video creation experience
- Formal change management training (Prosci/ADKAR or similar)
- Experience supporting champion programs or communities of practice (e.g., Viva Engage)
- Large enterprise experience across multiple business units
- Microsoft certifications in M365, Teams, SharePoint, or OneDrive
- Experience coordinating with vendors or Microsoft product teams on enablement content
