Job Summary
Serve as a trusted Microsoft 365 advisor, enabling business success through increased adoption, utilization, and user satisfaction. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend practical M365 solutions. Design, plan, and execute migration and evolution of Microsoft 365 across the organization; implement and configure solutions with security and governance best practices. Create and maintain end‐user and technical documentation; design and deliver role‐based trainings to accelerate adoption; translate technical concepts into clear business value; coordinate initiatives with PMO and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of hands‐on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
- Demonstrated strong analytical and structured problem‐solving skills
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‐technical audiences
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
- Detail‐oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to partner with others
- Proactive and forward‐thinking, with the ability to anticipate obstacles and develop solutions
- Customer‐focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Available to work standard office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm) and flexible hours as needed
