Microsoft 365/ O365 Support Engineer – L1

Job Summary
Provide L1 support for Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs. Perform Windows or Linux administration tasks, monitor Microsoft 365 services via cloud monitoring tools, administer Exchange Online/Teams/SharePoint Online/OneDrive, manage user lifecycles (onboarding, offboarding, MFA enrollment, license changes), diagnose and resolve issues per SOPs, collaborate with L2/L3 teams, and maintain timely status updates and knowledge-base contributions. 1–2 years IT support or Microsoft 365 administration experience required; diploma/graduate/engineering qualification; willingness to work 24/7 across time zones; basic Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and RBAC knowledge; familiarity with AWS or Azure; strong problem-solving and customer-service skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

- 1–2 years of relevant IT support or Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Diploma, Graduate, or Engineering qualification
