Job Summary
Manage and develop the digital workplace by administering Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive while implementing automation for scalable operations. Maintain a stable environment through governance, lifecycle management, and structured authorization, then support users on complex issues by translating needs into actionable solutions. Leverage the Power Platform to improve processes and strengthen collaboration, while documenting functional designs to drive adoption of new features. Track developments in Microsoft 365 and generative AI to propose responsible, practical applications within the organization. Work within the Digital Workplace team of the House of Representatives, supporting 150 members daily in a hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- Meerdere jaren ervaring met het beheren en inrichten van Microsoft Teams en SharePoint Online
- Goed kunnen schakelen tussen techniek en gebruikers en legt zaken helder uit
- Kennis van Microsoft 365 onderdelen zoals OneDrive, Forms en Copilot
- Goede kennis van en ervaring met PowerShell
- Ervaring met de Graph API
- Ervaring met het Power Platform (zoals Power Automate en Power Apps)
- Ervaring met AI-toepassingen binnen Microsoft 365, zoals Copilot
- Je werkt gestructureerd en bent bekend met Agile werken
- Aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft 365 diensten (minimaal 5 jaar)
- Certificering MS-700 (vereist)
- Bereidheid om certificering MS-700 te behalen indien niet al behaald
- Bereidheid om certificering MS-900 te behalen indien niet al behaald
- Bereidheid om certificering MS-102 te behalen indien niet al behaald
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag
- Assessment (kan onderdeel uitmaken van de sollicitatieprocedure)
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met tooling zoals TOPdesk en Azure DevOps
- Certificeringen MS-900 en MS-102 (sterke pré)
- Bij voorkeur ook Purview en labeling
- Oog voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen, zoals generatieve AI
- Dienstverlening binnen de Tweede Kamer
