Job Summary
Provision user accounts, administer groups and MS Teams, and manage the M365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Ensure system health and security for end-users while handling deployments, configurations, and support for M365 applications. Perform administrative maintenance on tenant services to optimize response times and license allocations, identify security risks, and suggest mitigation solutions. Utilize In-Tune for mobile device management and leverage PowerShell, Flow, and APIs to automate processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with various IT teams to support O365 initiatives, conduct product and integration testing, and establish best practices. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of relevant IT experience, and 4 years in focus areas, with a hybrid schedule in Houston or San Antonio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT and business work experience and 4 years in focus area
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as Active Directory, OKTA, & Microsoft "cloud" solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Requires demonstrated ability to be involved with multiple IT projects and deliver on time and within budget
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with people within different levels of an organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Location: Houston hybrid or San Antonio hybrid
