Job Summary
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID while managing device configurations via Intune and Autopilot across multiple platforms. Implement security policies, enforce compliance frameworks, and deploy features such as Conditional Access and Defender for Endpoint to protect the environment. Assess current configurations, identify governance gaps, and recommend process improvements based on stakeholder feedback. Provide technical support, generate adoption and security reports, and deliver training to internal staff. This role requires a Master's degree, seven years of IT experience, and specific Microsoft certifications for a permanent, remote position within the EU.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in IT
- 7 years of relevant IT professional experience
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration, cloud platform management, or digital workplace technologies
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
- Extensive experience with endpoint and device management using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Strong background in IT security, compliance management, and governance frameworks
- Experience developing or improving IT service delivery models and automation processes
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and governance
- Experience with Defender for Endpoint
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access management
- Experience with Microsoft Security and Compliance Center configuration
- Experience with Data governance and reporting within M365
- Experience with Endpoint configuration, patch management, and security
- Experience with Automation and PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud integration
- Prior experience with an international organization
- Microsoft Certified Expert in M365 Productivity or Security
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Excellent command of the English
- EU citizenship
