Job Summary
Prepare and complete daily work in the dry lab department, performing microsection testing and product documentation while handling hazardous waste as directed. Work with chemicals such as alcohol and acrylics, utilizing appropriate PPE and adhering to Job Safety Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets, and safety procedures. Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding procedural changes, safety hazards, and accidents, maintaining a clean work environment. Requires basic English and math skills, fine motor coordination, and the ability to stand for up to eight hours daily. This role supports TTM's mission to accelerate time-to-market for advanced PCBs and RF components through precise manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic English and mathematical skills

- Ability to read and understand procedures and blueprints
- Ability to work up to 9 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Flexibility to work on weekends
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day

- Rapid mental-muscular coordination
- Ability to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor
- Understanding that access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
- Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
- Understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
- Understanding of Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
- Ability to manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
