Job Summary
Senior Safety Engineer at Micron leading safety policy development, risk assessments, and training within Micron’s Taiwan facilities. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration to identify hazards, implement mitigations, and continuously improve safety programs and regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field and at least 5 years of safety engineering experience; CSP certification is helpful. Role may be based in Taichung or Tongluo, Taiwan, and involves leading safety initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety engineering role, preferably in technology or manufacturing
- Certification in safety management, such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or similar, is helpful
- Validated experience in leading safety initiatives and driving continuous improvement
