Job Summary
Monitor semiconductor process equipment, analyze machine performance, and execute preventive maintenance to ensure production line stability and yield. Lead shift teams, track daily production metrics, and drive process improvements through data analysis and cross-department collaboration. Manage facility systems including HVAC, power, and water supply while coordinating construction projects and enforcing safety protocols. Apply AI tools to enhance operational efficiency across equipment, process, and production roles.
Required Qualifications
- 理工相關背景
- 工工&商管 or 半導體設備/製程/生產管理相關背景
- 能接受12小時工作&日夜輪班制度
- 工程相關學士(或以上)學歷
- 3 年以上廠務工程、建築機電或相關工作經驗
- 熟悉 HVAC、電力、機電、給排水等建築系統
- 具備專案管理能力，可同時處理多個專案
- 具備執行廠務改善與升級的成功經驗
- 良好的溝通協調與跨部門合作能力
- 遵循安全操作流程的職業素養
Desired Qualifications
- 熟悉廠務管理軟體或相關工具者佳
