Job Summary
The Micro-cleaner role involves cleaning the cleanroom, controlled environment, and GMP laboratory spaces following cGMP guidelines and procedures. Responsibilities include performing cleaning operations under strict guidelines, ensuring timely and correct cleanings, reviewing and applying cGMP documentation, participating in ongoing training, documenting activities per SOPs, identifying deviations and implementing corrective/preventive actions, cross-training teammates, and communicating effectively with customers and internal staff. Skills emphasized include clear communication, customer service, initiative, problem solving, adherence to SOPs, and ability to work within regulated environments while maintaining confidentiality. The position requires high school level education and is part-time, based in Boston, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- cGMP training participation
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and colleagues
- ability to follow customer standard operating procedures with precision
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
