Job Summary
Conduct micro-cleaning operations in controlled environments, including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors, while adhering to strict guidelines and customer standard operating procedures. Continually monitor cleaning procedures to ensure prompt and correct completion, and identify deviations to execute corrective and preventative actions. Maintain detailed document control using Good Manufacturing Practices and participate in ongoing training for cGMP, technical skills, and safety. Assist in cross-training personnel and present information to customers and internal staff. Requires close vision, color vision, and depth perception, with physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements
- Must have and be able to consistently apply Communication Skills
- Must have and be able to consistently apply Customer Service Skills
- Must have and be able to consistently apply Initiative Skills
- Must have and be able to consistently apply Problem Solving Skills
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
- Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)
- Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
