Job Summary
Perform cleaning operations in cleanroom and GMP laboratory environments following cGMP procedures; monitor cleaning procedures; participate in cGMP training and safety; maintain documentation; clean all surfaces including ceilings, walls, equipment, floors; follow customer SOPs; identify deviations and assist in corrective and preventive actions; review changes to cGMP docs and retrain; cross-train personnel; read/write simple correspondence; present information to customers and employees; uphold confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- strong communication, customer service, initiative, and problem solving skills
- ability to follow customer SOPs and maintain cGMP documentation
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- physical capability to stand, walk, lift/climb up to 40 pounds
