Job Summary
Conduct micro-cleaning of all surfaces within controlled environments, including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors, adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices and customer standard operating procedures. Continually monitor cleaning procedures to ensure prompt and correct completion, while identifying deviations and executing corrective and preventative actions. Participate in continuous training for cGMP, technical skills, and safety, and review changes to cGMP documentation to retrain the team. Assist in cross-training other personnel and provide one-on-one presentations to customers and clients. Maintain confidentiality and become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and using hands to handle materials.
Required Qualifications
