Job Summary
Lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of site operations for the US Microbiology Business, driving laboratory success while meeting client and regulatory demands. Establish strategic direction, foster innovation, and maintain operational excellence by completing routine business tasks and delivering strategic activities. Demonstrate high-level knowledge in supporting the business, including tracking sales targets, KPIs, revenue, client retention, and quote conversion. Maintain awareness of industry groups, upcoming regulations, and technical documentation for proposals and contracts. Apply expertise in GLP, GMP, ISO, and USP standards across the Allentown, PA and Palm Harbor, FL locations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, client retention rates, quote conversion etc.
- Active in industry groups and awareness of upcoming regulations.
- Solid technical documentation skills to support the creation of business proposals and contracts.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline)
- Awareness of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ISO and USP standards for Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry
