Job Summary
The Microbiology Lab Technician will conduct general laboratory testing, ensuring adherence to good laboratory practices, food safety, and regulatory compliance while performing microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on product samples.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform complex math functions
- Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
- Positive attitude, high energy, flexibility, and personal initiative
- Read, write and general comprehension of English
- Accurately complete documents and paperwork that is related to the job
- Punctual and good attendance is necessary
- Must be able to work under the guidelines of lab safety and GLP (Good Lab Practices)
Desired Qualifications
- Microbiology experience or college equivalent coursework preferred
