Job Summary
Adjunct Part-time Microbiology Instructor for Jersey College's Nursing Program in Scranton campus. Responsibilities include preparing student progress and grade reports, maintaining accurate attendance records, evaluating student competence based on program philosophy/objectives, implementing evaluation tools to measure progress and clinical experience, attending faculty meetings, maintaining professional qualifications through continuing education and in-service training, and performing other duties as required. Skills emphasized: building relationships with students and colleagues, motivation, teamwork, strong oral and written communication, organization and prioritization, ability to supervise students in clinical settings, and delivering effective lessons at the level of RN/PN students. Minimum qualifications require a Bachelor's Degree with 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours in the teaching discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred; teaching experience is preferred but not required. Required Qualifications

- Master degree is preferred
