Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support lab technicians on the microbiology floor while ensuring daily staffing and workflow meet client deadlines. Reinforce proper lab techniques, retrain staff on the spot, and handle real-time issues to maintain accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with the Lab Manager to respond to client needs and support ongoing team development, performance, and accountability. This role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience and involves standing for long periods with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of team leadership or supervisory experience (lab, food production, or similar)
