Job Summary
Support manufacturing at PCI Pharma Services by performing microbiology assays and method qualifications for routine water testing, in-process and final product testing (TOC, conductivity, bioburden, endotoxin, growth promotion). Compile and analyze data, train lower-level personnel, review data for compliance, initiate investigations for OOS/deviations, revise cGMP/SOP guidelines, prepare SOPs, maintain 6S lab organization, and demonstrate professional conduct aligned with PCI values. Full-time role with competitive benefits; requires high school diploma and preferred life sciences bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred
- 1-2 years in cGMP/laboratory environment or equivalent
- experience with aseptic techniques, troubleshooting, and data entry
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- strong written and verbal communication
- ability to work independently or as a team member
- follow detailed directions in a laboratory environment
