Job Summary
The Microbiologist I operates independently in a cleanroom laboratory setting conducting routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include performing sterility and endotoxin testing, environmental monitoring of clean rooms, maintaining proper chain of custody for samples, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in laboratory data management and a strong understanding of microbiological principles. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.
