Microbiologist-I, QC Micro - Afternoon shift (Monday to Friday 15:00-23:30)

As a Microbiologist-I on the Afternoon shift, you will perform daily solution bioburden, endotoxin, and subvisible particulate testing, collect and process viable/non-viable air and surface samples, and test critical systems (water, compressed air) as part of Environmental Monitoring. You will process biological indicators to support sterilizer qualifications, assist with investigations, trending and data analysis for APQRs and validation maintenance, and ensure thorough documentation. You will also conduct growth promotion testing on media and provide training and mentorship to colleagues, while adhering to Good Laboratory Practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires a college diploma or university degree in microbiology and the ability to work off-shift, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role is based in Alliston, Ontario, Canada, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and teamwork to deliver high-quality products.
