Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Microbiologist to conduct microbial analysis and ensure laboratory functions are audit-ready. Responsibilities include aerobic plate counts, bacterial culture isolation, media preparation, instrument maintenance, allergen testing, and supporting process validation. Ideal candidates will have a B.S. in a relevant field and experience in FDA regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Food Sciences, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an FDA regulated GMP environment in food or pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory.

- Proficient in science, microbiology, chemistry, food science, and testing of raw materials.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
