Job Summary
Retail Signage Removal & Paint Technician responsible for removing interior, overhead, and directional signage, removing mounting hardware, patching and painting surfaces, and documenting completed work with before-and-after photos in an active retail environment. Requires the ability to work independently on early-morning, project-based assignments in Western Michigan, safely operating ladders and scissor lifts, following project instructions and safety requirements, and maintaining a professional appearance at client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, maintenance, merchandising, fixture installation, signage installation/removal, or light construction preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Scissor lift experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
